The original Focus Records, Flashfocus Publishing and Focus Studios was born out of the original Vineyard Studios in Sanctuary St London SE1 in 1981. Our distribution was Virgin Records for the UK and licensing deals around the world with Polydor and many others. The first release was the critically acclaimed Perfect Zebras – Mixing with Wildlife in 1982 . We recorded many artists for different labels in our London hub (see timeline and Discogs page).
The studio later become PWL, the home of Stock Aitken & Waterman. Since 2016 we reactivated the original label and publishing release new artists music with online releases, CD manufacturing and D2C merchandise and CDs delivered worldwide under our company RVMedia part of Intervision Music.
